How Broome handles files, metadata and model calls — stated plainly, so your security review starts from answers rather than a questionnaire.
Broome integrates seamlessly with your existing file-sharing services (such as Dropbox, Box, SharePoint or OneDrive). We do not store your files in any Broome-owned service. We retain references — such as file paths or unique identifiers — that allow you to access your documents via your connected file-sharing service.

Broome operates under Zero Data Retention (ZDR) agreements with all AI providers listed below. No customer data is stored or used for model training by any provider.
